OK, after thinking about it and reading reviews on the web, I think my #1 choice now is the Silverstone TJ-06, with the Casetek as a close 2nd. I've personally seen the Silverstone and I like the look and quality of it, but from some reviews on the web, there seem to be some issues with it. I'm hoping someone with experience with the case might debunk these issues:
1) Motherboard compatibility - it seems some motherboards don't fit in the case, such as the Abit ones with OTES. Silverstone maintains a list of compatible motherboards, but they don't seem to be updated. My next rig will likely include an Asus P5B-E Plus or Gigabyte 965P motherboard since those look like the best bang for buck C2D motherboards
2) PSU cables not long enough - due to the upside down motherboard layout, some PSU cables might not be long enough to reach the motherboard. I have a FSP Epsilon 600W that I'm gonna be porting over to the new system and I don't know if it's long enough? Apparently Silverstone has acknowledged this problem and have started to include extension cables though.
3) HDD connectors face inwards and cables might not be long enough - is this a problem? will I need longer SATA/PATA cables?
4) Wind tunnel getting in the way of large GPU/CPU coolers - like I previously suspected it would, except I didn't think it'd be a problem with the GPU as well. Again, how much of a problem is this? I haven't finalized my video card and CPU HSF yet, but it'd be in the mid-range to high end range, something like an 8800 series. As for CPU HSF, I have no clue what's good now. Last I heard the Zalmans, CM Hyper6 and Scythe Ninjas were good?
Any other potential problems with the TJ-06? I'll try to locate a Casetek and see it in the flesh before I make my final decision, but something tells me it's not built as well as the Silverstone.
