I like my thermaltake 7000. It comes with a front panel that lights or flashes or nothing.
Comes with a top fan a front fan 2 side fans and a back fan. 2 of the fans are controlled by 2 front nobs. The side is clear and has 2 blue fans. The hard drives are mounted side ways in the bay which I find nice and the slots for your video card etc use plastic retainers instead of screws. I paid $99 at my local shop and then added my own power supply. Its built nice except the front panel is plastic and kinda cheesy but will do.

The Kingwin 523 has a reasonable amount of bling and very good casitude for the money. Some of the CoolerMaster Centurions and the CM Mystique are based on the same chassis. Some of the Aerocools are technically adequate while still having a bit more rice than I like. Most of the Thermaltake cases are technically adequate while ranging from nearly conservative to over-the-top with rice. If you're into cases that look like they're out of a "creature feature" then the Athenatech gaming casses may appeal - also quite inexpensive. If price were no object, I'd probably pair the new Tt Eureka with a nice Seasonic S12 series, Fortron Epsilon series, Silverstone Strider, Enhance or Zippy Emacs PSU, all with active PFC and power output matched to the proposed system - probably not ricey enough for you though...
