not a bad idea. if you're in win2k or XP, go into the management console, and start a log which logs your ram usage. check it after using your computer for a while (doing things you "normally" do), and see how high your ram usage was. get the next highest increment of 256MB of ram.
at least thats what i would do, 🙂
