Help Me changing this plz

Hi guys I have a 2.53 ghz P4, and a Liteon N 280 MoBo for it, the problem is i Want to Get me a XFX 6600 Gtm and my MoBo supports Only 4x, so i won't get full benefit out of it, so plz help me in a couple of things to change my Mobo:

1)What Is the best S 478 Mobo in the 120 $ range ?
2)If I get a new Mobo that is good, do you think the CPU wil be a Big Bottleneck to the 6600 GT ?
3)If I change my Mobo what are the components that i'll be forced to change with, my primarly concern is that i have @ ATA hard disks, if i get a S-ATA Mobo will i be forced to change them ?

If you get a SATA motherboard, you will still be able to use the IDE ATA Hard drive.

You shouldn't see a performance hit if you run the card in AGP 4x mode (8x is completely backwards compatible with 4x). Cards have just begun to saturate it.
