help me! can't get my D.net password...

i have asked before but the soloution given me did not work. here is the situation i registered three days ago and have finished 5 work units and did my first update but have been unable to retrive my password or even find my account on the D.net wbsite, it has not been emailed to me either...please help!
 
Stats have not been working for the last two days. This may be why you are not in the system yet. Give it another day or two. The last stats submitted as of a little while ago were from 9-29. Good Luck.
