Help me buy an all-in-one Printer

hi all:

Have limited desk space, and would like a printer/scanner/fax/copier combo.

This is for a home office.

Are the new ones all good or all crap ? 🙂

The LaserJet 3200 All In One looks nice, and I found it for around $440 +shipping at various online stores. But that's a bit pricey.

Cnet has a review of 5 here:

but no clear winner is declared.

wondering if anyone has any experience with these or any others.

thanks!

Have you looked at the HP inkjet all in one printers they are really nice and the prices are reasonable.

Lexmark X83 I have used. I am having driver related problems but then again it is on a lady's POS compaq junk computer😛

thanks for the feedback.

Cosmo3 -- any model in particular ? the only HP all in one that does everything I need including faxing is the G95 and it's $700 retail.

amdskip -- the Lexmark x83 has "PC fax capability" -- how does that work ? does it just really scan the document on a send fax and then PC faxes the document ?

thanks again for any info.

HP has several models ranging from less than 200 to 600 in the all in one inkjet models. My wife uses a T45 and it works fine but they have newer models that are nicer. Got to any office supply store or Best Buy or Comp USA thay all have several models in stock.
