Help me buy a laptop

I've been out of the hardware game for a while, so I'm not up on the latest technology. My company's going to buy me a laptop, I just need to pick out which one I'd like. We deal primarily with Dell, so that's what I have to choose from. What I basically want is a lighter weight (~4-5 pounds), and external drive bays (so the ultralights are out). Other than that, this is what I was looking at:

Inspiron 4150
Latitude C610/C640

Huge processing power isn't a must (I get by just fine on my celly 450 right now). But other areas that I just don't have the time to fully research, so I'm relying on the good folks at AT to filter it down for me. Basically give me your opinions on the laptop world right now. Thanks!

You won't go wrong with a Dell. If the company is buying, get the best one they will pay for.
