Help me buy a laptop

Hi, I'm going into college. I'll be doing some programming, watching tv shows and movies and some really light gaming on my new laptop. Currently, I have a few options and don't know which to choose. I am also open to other recommendations. I'm not American, so sorry, but I want to send links from my country's website so as not to mess up on any of the models and specs. I am sure you can still understand it.

Of those options I would pick the ASUS x512da based on price and performance. I would recommend the Dell 5593 if display quality, battery life, or keyboard quality matter to you.

the ASUS x512da is the cheapest and performs well out of the box, though RAM upgrades will be limited due to the 4GB soldered RAM (4 +8). Most of the lower price is because it has a poor IPS display, keyboard, and chassis quality. I expect the battery life will be the worst of the bunch based on the 2-cell 37WHr battery.

The lenovo also has 4GB soldered RAM (4 + 4), but will have better battery life than the ASUS and has more storage.

of those options, the Dell 5593 is the most future proof with 2 RAM slots, and a superior CPU and roughly equivalent GPU.

note: the lenovo and ASUS don't come with any operating system installed, and the DELL has Linux installed? Is that normal?
