Help me bust my drug dealing neighbors

I think my neighbors next door are running a crack house. Does anyone know what kind of scanner I need to overhear cordless phone conversations? They are always walking out to the curb and meeting cars and talking on cordless phones.

We do not need this kind of business in our neighborhood. If I can figure out what kind of scanner I need I'll buy one and find out what they are doing for sure. Anyone knowledgeable in this area?
