Looks good. Keep an eye on the Corsair, it will likely have a new rebate when you want to buy. So, if its cheaper, go for it. Though, the g.skills work great, too. I've used them in several builds, including my own.

A question. Will E4300 work on that Asus motherboard? mobo's specs are:
FSB 1333/1066MHz

And E4300 has only 800FSB...do I overclock E4300 to 1066mhz? Or is there something I don't understand?
