I got $300 to spend and I want to turn old computer parts into a DVR. Can someone make some suggestions on parts?


I have:
Processor: AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.33 GHZ
Motherboard: Asus A7M266
Videocard: Geforce 3
Monitor, Floppy, DVD Rom, 48c CD Player
