Help me block limewire....please!

I need some help blocking limewire at my place if it is possible. My brother and sister both use it, and are downloading stuff all the time. I asked them to please stop as I think it is effecting the quality of my speed. But they won't, so if it is possible I just want to go for the juggular. Can it be done?? If so, how?? If you have a router, you could log into the router and set up a rule that blocks TCP and UDP traffic on port 6347 and see if that stops it.
