HELP ME!! bios prob.

Ok its been about three days since i overclocked my 3500+ and today i tried to get into my bios but everytime i tired my system would lock up. I can log into window and do everything fine but i cant get into bios. What shoudl i do??

Have you tried resetting the CMOS battery? I'd check the manual.
