This sucks, I am a good seller since 1998, try to list some microsoft packages I own.
I got a warning about a bad auction, but it didnt say why a few months ago (was for my windows 98 retail upgrade I found out now), just a vague email and one of my auctions cancelled for something not having anything to do with a computer, so I thought it was an error...I got no response when I emailed them back about it and forgot about it.
This past month I get suspended as I was 'previously' warned about selling OEM software (it wasn't OEM and my previous warning didn't state this), so I petitioned.
I talk to the team at eb ay and they say it's all good and were nice and quick about it all, just make sure my OEM stuff includes a proper hardware item or complete computer. I did and relisted, even sent them what I was selling and what I was including first. All was good until microsoft emails me that my Windows 95 Upgrade that is retail is not legal for sale and copied eb ay's VeRO team which now indefinitely suspended me
113 positives down the drain if I can't get reinstated, plus it's permanent...no more selling or buying allowed if I can't get this fixed and I wasn't trying to rip off anyone. You have people selling wholesale lists for hundreds of dollars, XBOX boxes, and even a seller using my brother's auctions and claiming to be him and that goes on, yet I am now in trouble
.
Anyone know what I can do to help myself ensure a reinstatement quickly, this really sucks as I am trying to clean house here and pay off bills since my school loans are starting?
Thanks
Chris
