Yeah, I would agree. You may want to consider the Matrox e450 cause it supports Dualhead but the bad thing is that it does not do good in 3D games.

You will need the ATI ALL-In-Wonder RADEON. It cost a lot ($280) but it does everything. I believe it even has the capability to record and pause live TV like a TIVO.

Naw, the AIW doesn't have FM or AM tuner...you would probably want to get a regular card and then get a TV/FM Tuner card...I am not sure if they make video cards with radio tuner also.
