I wanna buy my new rig in this week, I read many many articles to find out which brand or product better and so on. please help me to find out the best.
CPU: E6400
Mainboard: Gigabyte DS3
VGA: XFX 7600 GT
Memory: 2x1 GB Patriot, 667 CL5
HDD: 250 GB Seagate or Hitachi
PSU: 430 W

any suggestion for better components?
Can I overclock my cpu with stock cooling to 3000 Ghz with this memory. I know with 1:1 can reach to 333 fsb but I don't know can I reach 375 or not. I appreciate any suggestion.

If you're interested in overclocking you should read these threads:

Regarding the FSB; you are limited on that chipset by the speed of your RAM. Whatever you want your FSB to run at, your RAM has to run at twice that. So you need memory that'll not have much problem doing about DDR2-750. I'd suggest, then, that you pick up some DDR2-800 sticks suggested in the memory thread I linked and you should be able to get to 2.8Ghz (400FSB) without too much trouble for starters.

If you're gaming and can afford to spend a little more I'd say definitely get a better graphics card. Get a 7800GT or if your budget can stretch an X1950Pro.

But the DDR2-800 is more expensiver than 667. can I OC my memory only about 375-333=42 fsb more to reach the 3 Ghz?

You could try, yeah. You may need to up the voltage and relax the timings, though.
