Help! MCI is ripping me off, I need some ideas.

Last spring we signed up with MCI long distance phone service, as a reward we were sent 2 "free phone cards" one for 200 min or $50 another for $10. When we used these cards we were charged for the calls at the phone card rate. Inspite of our phone calls to "customer sevice" we were unable to get them to send us the money. Any ideas on how to get them to pay up would be apprieciated.


What ever you do, do not sign up for MCI long distance!

MCI Worldcom sucks big time.... I cancelled my cellphone last year and they kept charging me for months after. Sprint PCS is much better. (not to mention their retention department)
