Help: maxtor 80gb but system only detects 33gb

I installed a Maxtor 80gb hard drive as primary slave along with western digital 200gb as master. But the system could only detect 33gb of it.
Did I miss anything?

It might have a jumper setting enabled to run as 33 for use with older PCs.
