Help making a converter!

Hey guys, I really need to get rid of the fan on my Volcano II. I want to replace it with a 80mm fan, but I need to build myself a converter. Can anyone help me out. I know someone said they just mesured and traced it out, but I'm not too sure what I m supposed to do. I can get a hold of almost any tool so thats not a problem. Thanks guys!
 
heh, I hate the fan... too loud and a nice 80 mm fan i'm getting puts out more and is only 20dba!! Gotta make that converter tho
 
unless u want a silent pc that really isnt loud, but whatever gives ya kicks.

using shrouds is said to lose some performance, just do a search for shroud or converter in the cooling forum and u can read all u need to know
