Help make me look smart. (Webcam question)

Hey all. Okay, so here's my deal: The place I work at would like to set up a few webcams (for both novelty and usefullness) in a couple different rooms/places. Not all of these rooms are in the same building, so I'll need something with decent remote access. The only requirement is that it must have it's own web server. We would like to set one up outside, but I'm not to sure about what we'd need with some of the higher-end systems. So far, I've only found one that seems to fit the bill: The D-Link DCS-900. I like this one because of the relatively cheap cost, my boss could afford to plop down the dough to buy 2-3 of them. On the downside, it couldn't be used outdoors. Anyways, thanks for your help in advance.

Negative, probably indoors for meetings and such. Maybe giving a wide view of a construction site.
