Help, low memory scores!

I noticed that my memory scores are too low for my setup (CPU: 9x266MHz=2400MHz - effectively a E6600, Mem: 333MHz 4-5-5-13 - SPD timings). SiSoft Sandra XI SP3 (Win64 x64, 2007.6.11.40) shows a mem bandwidth score of around 4800 MB/s and a latency of about 115 ns. Shouldn't it be around 5400 and 82? Btw, my Vista mem performance index is just 4.8. 🙁

Dunno what slows down my system. Please help!

I've now set my memory speed to 400MHz 5-5-5-15 and rised the voltage to 2.1V (the actual rated voltage for my memory, even though 1.8V never gave me any problems) and instead of going up the Sandra scores went down a little bit (4700/120). WTF?!

What is wrong with my stupid rig?

Lol, I get like 8K at DDR2-1000 5-4-4-12.

Probably latency, my memory gets 76Ns latency at those speeds.

Latest BIOS F12 helped, but not much (except for the Vista index, which jumped to 5.5 for CPU and 5.9 for Mem), especially the latency remains much too high.

New Sandra XI SP3 scores (with CPU 9x300=2700MHz and RAM 1:1 300MHz 4-5-5-13):

- 5200 MB/s
- 112 ns

I wish more people would chime in... 🙁
