Help! Lost network after XP Home install.

I installed XP Home on my machine yesterday and lost my network connection. I use a cable modem with a Linksys hub. My other machines use 98SE and both work perfectly fine.

The Hub assigns me a IP address and it appears like everything should be connected. I am in the same workgroup, but I cannot browse the internet or my other computers.

I also cannot ping my other computers. It gives me a "Transmit Error 65" every time I try to ping. But it does recognize the ip address of the other computers.

I have also tried installing NETBeui in XP, but still no connection. And I am not using the XP firewall.

Can anyone help me?

Read my orignial post.

I already tried NetBeui. Windows already have the driver for the NIC.

And I already followed the instructions on Jack's site before I originally posted.
