HELP! Lost Mass Effect 2 saves

Downloaded game from Origin PC. I needed extra room on my C drive, so I moved all documents to drive D, including ME2. Everything moved o.k. except now when I start ME2 I can only open a new game!🙁 No resume option.
My saves are still in D documents folder. How do I import them back into the game? I tried moving them to ME2 folder, but that did not work. Help please.
