Help looking at 2 MBs

I am building 2 systems and looking for a good price/performance/reliablity. I will not be OCing. I am looking for PCI 2.0. going to be using the GTX260 video card, not sli.

The 2 boards I am looking at are:

Asus P5N-D Nforce 750i

and

Asus P5Q P45

I would prefer to stay with Asus, Gigabyte however will be willing to look at any other recommendations for boards.

The rest of the build.

cpu - Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
G.skill - 2GB DDR2 1066
Gigabyte GTX260

if you don't need SLI then stick with an Intel chipset.
