Need picture of K7VTA3 rev.5 picture

Can someone please hook me up with a close-up picture of this motherboard? I especially need a picture of the audio jumpers on the motherboard (not the rear ports). I'm trying to figure out where to place a jumper because I am not getting any sound from the rear ports even though Microsoft recogonizes the device properly. Thanks.

Why not just download the manual and look up the settings?

... and besides, you don't need a jumper on the front audio connectors. They're just alternate headers for the same signal.

i actually have the hardcopy of the manual. The problem is that I remember removing a jumper when I first bought the motherboard but i forgot where it went. Now i can get any audio from the rear audio outputs. If i plug in the front audio panel wires to the mobo, i get sound on the front but still none on the back. I'm thinking that the jumper i stupidly removed might have something to do with the rear output problem.

you likely removed the jumper from the 5.1 audio header. I'm pretty sure it needs to be on or it outputs to a AC'97 bracket instead of the normal jacks.
