Help! k7s5a won't power up.

I need some help with this one. I have a 250 watt power supply hooked up to this and I cannot get the board to power up for anything. I'm just wandering if it won't power up at all with a 250 watt, and I just need to get a bigger power supply or if this determines that the motherboard is DOA. Any input is greatly appreciated.

There's not many 250 watt PS's that will successfully power an Athlon on that ECS board. Chances are that the board is OK and your PS is just too weak. Of course, there are a lot of other factors that could play into this. What is the configuration you are trying to boot? List the specs. Have you tried with just the minimal components; vid card, cpu w/hsf, 1 stick of RAM, floppy, etc? Have you tried it out of the case? You might want to check out the AMD recommendation page to match up a PS to your CPU. Good Luck!
