Help: Javascript / Form validator trouble

I can't get this form to work properly. It validates fine, but the link it takes you to does not work right. When clicking "Register" it's suppose to take you to here: http://www.readyminds.com/forms/mnscu_dcc_form.asp?event_ID=67

But it gives me an error. HOWEVER, if you take the above URL, and go there in another window it will work fine.

Useless post there loke. That error is basically a generic "unknown error" error so all kinds of unrelated crap shows up.

Most likely you aren't handling form data properly. Source code?

That google search lead to a possible explanation. Are you passing a null variable that is required?

I'm not passing anything to that page, it's so weird that the link won't work when u hit submit, but the same exact link works fine when u enter the URL anywhere else.

Why are you passing false with the checkbox?
