If you are using IE, go to view on the bar up top, then go to down to text size. That is probably it. If you are in netscape then I can't help.

Assuming you're using Internet Explorer: View --> Text Size --> Medium.

If you're using netscape, I don't think anyone can help you ;)

ltk is right - it's almost certainly the text size which does have a tendancy to increase itself if you hold down the ctrl key and move the mouse wheel at the same sime. Just do what he told you to :)

In Netscape, you can go to View/Increase (or Decrease) Font. You can also use Ctl + ] to make the font bigger , and Ctl + [ to make it smaller.

Sometimes, it seems to happen spontaneously. I just quit NS without going offline and reload it. That usually clears it up immediately. :)

Heh, IE got a boner. :)

You probably held down the control key while using the scroll wheel, which changes the text size as well. You can also hold down the shift key while scrolling to go back and forward in IE, which is all for naught if you have an Intellimouse Explorer.

If you have a wheel on your mouse, holding Ctrl while moving the wheel up or down will change the font size (if you are in an internet explorer window). It freaked me out for a while at first.

Mday--Yeah, you have to love Format C: What a pain in the neck! Pretender-- I think you are right about having my finger on the Ctrl button and the mouse wheel.

The title of this thread is very misleading. Whatever the problem is, just dont touch it and it won't happen again. General wisdom to remember in life.
