What would you nudge?

Anyways, could possibly be a monitor problem... or cable to the monitor.

Yeah I am confused also. What are you nudging? If its the video card you are nudging, it sounds like it isn't sitting properly in the AGP slot. What type of motherboard do you have? Does motherboard have something blocking the AGP port for non AGP-pro cards?

if everything is in there securely, I?ll bet my bottom dollar that it?s your motherboard. If it was a monitor issue, you wouldn't have been able to capture it in a screenshot. I think after you make sure that it really is seated the best it can possibly be, you need to look into your RMA/New Mobo options. Good luck

Thanks Ace. I have the Video card seated the best it can be seated and its all the way in the slot. Here are my computer specs:

Win 98Se
Envision 19" monitor
Radeon 9800np
Asus A7n8X deluxe motherboard
30 gig Maxtor 7200 hd
512mb DDR PC 3200 ram
Athlon 2500 barton (not overclocked)

When I talk about nudging it I pushed up the card a bit to see if it wasn't seated right and I would notice that the lines just changed color and wouldn't go away.

If its my motherboard I bought it new off of ebay so would it still be under warranty?
