Help! Is my Motherboard done?

   Computer intitially didn't even boot up. I would push power buttom, CPU and PS fans would spin for a sec and then stop. Power light on front of case would flash green on and off. Unplug power supply, plug it back in it would do the same thing.
   
   Reset the bios with jumpers, rechecked all PS connections, looked for bulging caps. Nothing. Reset Bios a couple of more times, messed with a bunch of wires, computer powers up!
   
   But...no video output at all. The DVD drives try and access themselves back and forth top one, bottom one, back and forth, no real HD activity and that is where I am at.
   
   I first thought the PS was bad, now I think it is the MB.
   
   Thoughts?
   
   Rig worked fine the day before.

Unplug everything except what you need to boot, CPU/VGA/RAM and of course power (only plug in what you need). If still the same issue, pull out the RAM and try to boot. The mobo should sound off POST errors. If it doesn't then it's probably the mobo. Try the same with the video and post back with results or questions.

OK, unplugged my 2 other HDs, both optical drives, the floppy drive, my extra USB hub.

Nothing.

Pulled out one memory stick at a time, swapped their locations and the sticks.

Nothing.

Pulled both sticks, no post error.

Pulled the videocard...

Nothing.

Even tried hooking up other HDs, nothing.

Anymore ideas?

Last Resort is to reseat the CPU, otherwise your down to bad PSU or mobo...more than likely mobo
