Specifically, I want to know of any references in the Bible to Judas Maccabeus and the Chanukka story.
He is mentioned much later in the New Testament, John 10:22 where the feast of the Dedication is refered to. Thhis is the rebuilding of the Temple, correct?
What about the Chanukka story?
Why is it not in th eold testament?
