[Help] IP conflicts?

We're using a switch to route SBC's internet to two computers, but windows says it cannot access the internet because there's an IP conflict with anothe computer. This has never happend before with this switch. Any ideas?

Unless SBC is giving you more then one public IP you need a router.

Really? That sucks, it works with Comcast cable internet.
