1. This is a new computer and there are no viruses or spyware
2. This computer is going through a router
3. Running through a router D-Link
4. The new computer does open most webpages (just not My Ebay logon or Microsoft NET Passport logon for examples)
5. This is a OEM version of Microsoft XP Pro
6. Will not update from Microsoft
7. Sends and recieves e-mail
8. I cannot send Microsoft an email due to this problem
