System Specifications:

I. Processor/CPU:Core i3 530 @2.93Ghz on Intel DH55TC

II. Current Graphics Card:Intel HD 2000/3000

III. Display Resolution:1920x1080

IV. Additional Graphic Card:Nvidia GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB GDDR5 Graphics

Problem:

I recently ordered a Kingston 4GB RAM and as per Intel That to 2 times replacement and My Mobo Supports 16 GB RAM in 4 Slots but still when I tried to attach it to my Mobo it doesn't display up and the PC on first Boot stops at Windows Logo and after that the Screen just Flicker with red, green colour and it never shows up again
When I inserted my 2 GB RAM in it then it did boot up properly

MY Question is : What to do to check the Where the problem is ?Is it in the RAM(Surely can't be cos i changed it 3 times from Flipkart) or my Mobo Doesn't support(though it should as per Intel) I am New to this and don't understand it much how to debug the problem

I don't see your stick listed on the Intel compatibility page:

http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/dh55tc/sb/CS-030954.htm#tested

So you mean to say that the Kingston Branded 4Gb RAm possibly not work in the Board ? but as per Listing Hynix HMT351U6MFR8C-4GB can Only work ?

So Kingston RAM won't work ?
What is ECC or Non -ECC, does it Matter?

Can you tell how can i Check if any other 4GB RAM is compatible with Board ?

Also will any 4 GB Double Side 2 Gbit(SDRAm density) 2 GB x 8(front )/2 x 8 Gb(Back side) Work ?

Granted, that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work, but given your symptoms it is a possibility.

Are your inserting your old stick with the new one, or each separately?

I inserted old one with a New one ans also tried inserting the New one standalone in the Slot but didn't work!

Which slot did you use for the old one? I wonder if the board is setting the wrong timings for the Kingston module. If you put the old stick in slot A, I think they would have the best chance of working together.

ECC is Error Checking Capable, and you don't want that. Only if you are running a server board, and there is a hefty price premium.

So, normally board manufacturers will check a handful of different sticks and basically say "this will definitely work in our board. Anything else you are on your own."

That is probably the smallest list of compatible RAM I have seen. Could mean the board is that picky, but it most likely just means that Intel was too lazy to test more than that.

Well I tried inserting RAM in each slot individually ..How can I monitor the timings of the Kingston RAM Module once inserted in the SLOT ?

Is it Possible that My RAM Slot doesn't support 4GB RAM, Unlike to what Intel Suggests?

What difference does it make to have a DIMM settings to 4GB Double Sided RAm Only and Twice the SDRAM for a device ?

Intel Can be Lazy and also didn't bother to update it later on

Seeing how they only listed 1 4gb stick it's possible your MB could be very, very picky.

Maybe you could try booting with the smaller stick and taking the timings off of auto. Maybe set them way looser than the spec of your 4gb stick. Save and exit then shutdown windows afterwards. Swap the smaller stick with the 4gb module and see if it'll boot....About all I can think of. Make sure the voltage is correct for the memory also.

Can you please tell me how to take the timings off to auto ? and how to monitor it for 4Gb ?

I am new to this ..so a little from you will surely be a learning for me

It looks like in bios you need to go to advanced > memory settings

Edit: Generic Intel crap link from your MB shows DDR2 BS!

Can you look and see what setting options you have and repost?

Is the RAM tested in this link also valid or is it prone to problems?

The Detailed report of Intel for RAM which i Ordered but didn't work for my Motherboard
http://www.flipkart.com/kingston-valueram-ddr3-4-gb-pc-ram-kvr13n9s8-4-sp/p/itmdnymmahgjegdz

Report : http://www.cmtlabs.com/x-cmtlpdfreports/017292.pdf

And the one Intel Mentions on its Website as only working 4 GB RAM , which i haven't tried ....
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/dh55tc/sb/CS-030954.htm#tested

http://www.digchip.com/datasheets/download_datasheet.php?id=6426792&part-number=HMT351U6MFR8C-H9

Can someone Explain to why one works and other doesn't ?
Both have same specification!

Can it be it doesn't work for i3 Processor but works only for an i5 ? as per the Article

After a Research i found 2 4GB RAM listed Here that Kingston has 2 RAM's

Kingston KBR1333d3n9 which i Ordered and Didn't work but as per Intel it works for i5 Processor

Now this is which works with i3 processor as per Intel but isn't different from the above one (except the model no.)!!

The Thing I don't understand is that what is the Difference between the two?(Except an 'H' at end)

Please Explain this !!
