Help Installing Windows On A Laptop With a Broken Screen?

Hello guys! My english not good, i'm sorry. I need help for some problems.

My laptop's (Sony Vaio) display is broken. But i was using that laptop connected to LED TV by VGA cable. I was need to format Win8 to Win7 of my laptop. But i was wrong do it. Now this message "No Signal" on the screen of the LED TV.

How to normal this display problem of my laptop?

You hopefully just need to toggle the display out function on your laptop. Fn + F5, or whatever it is on your model.

Is there a key on the keyboard that switches between the laptop display and an external monitor. Sometimes you have to hold the fn button down to get it to work.
