Help installing new Duron chip

I've just bought the Asus A7V MB, and the Duron 650 chip. That's all that came, no heatsink, fan, or anything else. What is the next step in installing the chip? And do I have to buy a special heatsink or fan, or what? I don't plan to do any overclocking or anything. Just the basic installation. Can someone help?

You need a heatsink and fan plus some thermal compound. Their are a number of places to buy them. Just do not run the computer without these or your cpu will literally fry less than a couple of seconds. here are some places you can purchase your heatsink and fan. Get the Globalwin FOP32. it does a good enough job.
