Help installing drivers for a Xircom Realport 10/100+56k in Win98

I am having trouble installing drivers on a thinkpad 380Z. It is running windows 98. The card is a Xircom Realport 10/100 + 56k credit card adapter. When i put the card in, win 98 detects it as Xircom CreditCard Ethernet 10/100 + 56k. I then search to the correct location of what i thought was the correct driver that i downloaded, but it says that the appropriate driver can not be found in that location. I downloaded what i am 90% sure is the correct drivers called XBE-314-2.exe.

no matter what i do , it wants to call the card "standard pcmcia modem"
