Help installing a Modchip in the slim PSTwo - Austin, TX

Not sure if this is the right forum or not but i thought i would give it a shot. Is there anyone in Austin, TX who can solder in the new DMS4 Pro modchip into my PSTwo? I am willing to pay but I haven't found anyone who has done the new slim PS2's. If you know how or have done it in the past please email me at ctv1337@gmail.com and let me know your price.
