OK, so last week I bought 5 Visiontek GeForce3's off ubid.com for $269 a piece. I'm planning on keeping one for myself, and selling the remaining four. However, before I sell them, I figure I'd better take advantage of my situation. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions as far as testing each individual card and picking the best one for myself. I will be considering two variables: 2D quality and overclocking. Do you think this is worth my time? I mean, is there really going to be a difference between each card? I've heard that overclocking varies from card to card; is that true also with 2D quality? I've noticed that often times, the image on my monitor (especially against a white background) seems to have a bit of a "shadow" effect; that's the main thing I'd like to improve upon in the 2D department. Finally, what software would you recommend in testing the overclocking ability of each card? Whew, that was a little longer than I intended, anyway, hope it makes sense, and I look forward to your feedback.
Thanks so much,
Trey
