I installed opera today to try it out (i left firefox installed and as the default), but for some reason, after installing it firefox and ie dont work! i as soon as i type in a website and hit enter, the page stays blank and the status bar says "done." in addition, the weather bar i have installed also says "connection error." any other online programs i have do work, though, such as aim, konfabulator, etc.
i tried uninstalling opera, resetting the defaults on ff and ie, restarting, but none of this works. however, i did still have the install program from opera, and when i reinstalled it, opera still works, and the other programs dont. the only other program i can think of which i installed recently is the microsoft onecare beta, which i installed yesterday or the day before, but ff has been working fine up until i installed opera.
help!
