Help in OCing 3200+ AMD 64 Winnie !!!!!!

Would really appreciate any help.

My rig runs on an ASUS A8N-E (1004-02 Beta BIOS). Processor - 3200+ Winchester. RAM - Transcend 2*256 running in Dual Channel mode. Am planning to OC the rig. CPU-Z 1.28 shows RAM timings to be 2.5-3-3-8 at 200 MHz and 2-3-3-7 at 166 MHz. Would this make any difference ( Lowering the frequency and improving on timings ) ? And also what should be the DDR Volt if I do change the values. And what else should I do and how should I do ( PCI-E / PCI Lock, CPU Volt, CPU/RAM Ratio, HTT Multiplier etc. ). Am not that naive but I just spent 70K ( Indian Rupees ) on this rig so I wouldn't wanna do something to hurt it. Counting on u guys to help me.
