help in need to get rid of winproxy!!

i have an important question, can any one suggest a prog that'll share a cable modem thru 1 pc with 2 nics besides winproxy??? one that i could drop in and get napster shared thru it and rc5 client

try sygate. it work very easily and much better than winproxy.

Or you could just lease an additional IP from your cable ISP and not use a proxy at all. Cox@home charge my 6 bucks per Ip address and I allow up to 2 additional ones. I heard of cheaper rates for other cable modems providers.

i have tried sygate, but im willin to give it another try, but about the extra ip deal, i've got way too many ip's i need to share to buy the 3 ip limit att has,

you could always buy a router instead of spending money on sygate if you don't like it. just a suggestion.

a router would be able to be linked to a hub thus allowing me to have all the ip's i want??
