Help in finding Nvidia registry entry?

I just swapped out an Asus V6800 DDR for an ATi Radeon. Upon booting into Windoze, I keep getting an error msg saying system can't find "NVQTWK.DLL" file. I know this key is somewhere in the registry, but I can't remember where.

Anyone know where? Appreciate the help.

should be under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

if all else fails, click on the my computer icon in regedit and f3 search for it.
