Help in finding a UMC SRAM datasheet?

I amlooking for a UMC datasheet for the following SRAM IC

UM61M256K-15

(other numbers on chip) 9447S, N93631

This chip is a 28 pin DIP

so if anyone can help find such a datasheet that would be nice, i can not find it anywhere.

A Google entry says that the UM61M256K-15 was sold as Jameco part no. 75037CK ( its listed in their catalog as :

On the Jameco website it doesn't list a UMC datasheet, but an Alliance Semiconductor one. Its probably a industry standard part so you may be able to use the Alliance datasheet.

Thanks and seems to match another SRAM spec sheet have.

I've seen two different pin assignments but the only thing different is the Address lines are in different order so it shouldn't matter.

*edit* maybe not, it is not functioning the same as my Cypress Chip even though the I/O,VCC,OE,CE,WE is all the same pins.

Am i wrong to thing even though my wireing is step up for the Cypress Chip if i wanted to write a byte at address to the UMC RAM it would just put it somewhere else logically in the RAM but it will see the data at the same address even though right?

Oh well i didn't need the chip i just wanted to use it 🙂
