Help in choosing video card for HP F2304

Need help in choosing video card for a the HP F2304 23" LCD, I need to support 1920 x 1200 with reduced blanking mode. Is the X800pro or the 6800GT support that mode (HP call it mode 23 - 1920 x 1200 CVT2.30MA-R), from searching the web I understand that DVI is good for 1600x1200 and no one mention reduced blanking mode, I looked in ATI and other video manufacturers web sites and they do not have a DVI resolution table only for analog, who sell 1900x1200 with reduced blanking mode?
