HELP I'm getting 10-15 FPS on a decent gaming laptop :(

I usually get 60+ FPS on Diablo 3 and recently I'm getting 10-15 FPS. I don't know what's wrong. I don't get 25+ FPS anymore. I haven't installed anything since all this started. I am confused and need help asap because I'm a noob when it comes to PC issues. :thumbsdown:

I play on Diablo 3 on the lowest settings too. I only play Diablo 3 atm so I have no games installed on my PC yet so I can't test other games unfortunately. D:

i7-4800MQ 2.70Ghz
16GB RAM
GTX 770M
Samsung EVO 256GB
Windows 8

Really appreciate the help. I am bored shitless now. I haven't played any games for the last couple of days waaaaaaw :'(
