That happened to me before and I almost jumped down the balcony cracking my head trying to figure what is going on.

First, reset your bios and play your games withe the default settings. You can change, of course, the boot up sequence. Do not touch the Ram settings or whatsoever settings. I'm using the 1003 Bios, I don't really trust those as of 1004.

If everything's alrite, slowly change what you need to change and test the stability. ;) Since you're overclocking, did you raise the core voltage, it might help a little.

I,ve tried Bios 1003 no help.My voltage is currently 1.68 but i,ve tried upping the voltage.Seems to me I installed directx 8 around the time I started having the problem, not 100% sure.Could directx 8 be the problem. If so,how do you remove it?I haven't tried default bios settings yet.

I remember seeing there's a DIrectX8 uninstaller posted here a while ago. I can't remember what's the site.
