Help ID'ing this mobile processor

Ok. First off, if you can find out what this is, whoever you are, it will be a miracle. I have searched high & low for what these are and have found nothing.

The processor itself is in UPGA package. Here are the markings on it:

L201A839 QMX2 QS
Intel '01

On the top of the processor, running down the side, I can faintly make out A60402 02 S76.

Those are the only markings on it. I've looked all over the web and found nothing. Searched Intel's website and found nothing either.

Anyone have any idea what this is? I have two of them......
