I bought this cooler a few years back and have had it running an overclocked C2D E6300 and now a stock E8400. It cools the E8400 to about 128f under load and idles at 99f. Ambient temp in the room where the PC is, generally is about 75f.
I'm trying to figure out if this CPU cooler will be adequate for a stock i5 3570, but I can't remember who made it.

It's got a 92mm fan that is held in place with rubber stakes to a plastic shroud that clips to the edges of the heatsink. It has an Antec fan on it, but I'm sure it's not an Antec cooler.
Anybody know what it is?
Edit: It's hard to tell in the picture, but the only raised part are the two upper arms. The lower section actually directly contacts the CPU. It uses screws to mount and not push pins.
