Long story short, my cousin gave me an A64 CPU, however I need a bit of help ID-ing it since I don't know anything about A64's at all. The markings on the chip say,

ADA3400AEP5AP
CAAOC 0402XPMW
98135444C40085

I would like to know what kind (I guess you'd say kind?) of A64 chip this is, and what a good mobo would be good with it ... I was hoping to get a mobo with PCI-E as well ... since I have a PCI-E Nvidia 6800 in my posession currently. I looked up the first line, and it says it's a newcastle chip I guess? And then when I looked up the CAAOC part, it said something about a Clawhammer core or something like that. I'm honestly not too sure on what that means at all. I was also wondering if it told anything about the socket? I've seen A64 754's and 939's ...

Thanks a lot for your help!
